Refunds policy

No Refund Policy

At Luniva, we generally maintain a strict no-refund policy on all purchases. Once an order is successfully placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

However, in certain exceptional situations, we may review refund or replacement requests under the conditions listed below:


Eligible Cases for Refund / Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Product Not Received
    If your order is not delivered to you within the expected delivery timeframe.
  • Lost in Transit
    If the shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner during transit.
  • Delayed Delivery
    If your product is not delivered within 480 hours (20 days) from the date of dispatch.
  • Wrong Product Delivered
    If you receive a product that is different from what you originally ordered.
  • Damaged Product
    If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition due to shipping.

Important Conditions

  • You must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery (for wrong/damaged products).
  • For non-delivery issues, you must contact us within 7 days after the expected delivery date.
  • Customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue. Without this proof, the claim will be considered invalid. 
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging for replacement consideration.
  • Refunds will not be processed for issues caused by incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.

Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Minor variations in size (as product images may not reflect actual size), colour, or design due to screen differences
  • Delay caused by unforeseen logistics issues beyond our control
